I will second my DP Matt Workman on COLDEST SHOOT EVER. We shot 2 back to back videos for Chicago R&B artist Adero. We shot most of “On the otherline” at SugarHill Inn with some exterior shots near by. “Night Crawler” was shot all exterior , all night and all cold. Everyone did a great job and worked under Olympic pressure without breaking a sweat ( the cold helped with that too). My super producer Sophia Leang did an amazing job as always. Everyone was amazing from the talent to the crew to Adero’s team. We amazingly knocked them out on scheduale.

Earlier this year I directed a music video for Chester Gregory ( A talented singer/actor). Although our budget wasn’t too big we did make a big impact. The music video for his single ” I only have eyes for U” made it to vh1′s top 20. This is the follow up which I also had the pleasure of shooting the album cover.

Rainy days can be good for something
AH the throwback video of the day. Last summer I directed this video that was inspired by the change that OBAMA was trying to bring. This was Pre-OBAMA and the energy of the people was strong. This was a product of that energy. Performed by Honey Larochelle and co -written/ produced by David Sampson along with a talented group of musicians. This video was run & gun and oh so fun ( cheesy I know, but the message is RIGHT)
Sophia Leang is a SUPERWOMAN extraordinaire. As my producer she is the Ying to my Yang. Always pushing me harder as we slowly climb up the web.

As I approach my 2nd go around with the Canon 5d mark 2 ( D-Slr that shoots HD video) I decided to post up my 1st attempt with it. I turned a simple shoot with emerging NYC rapper Harlem’s Cash into a pretty good music video that I appreciate more and more everyday. This was the first time I was director/ Director of photography / editor / photographer in a long time ( Got spoiled with some decent budget video; Keep them coming PLEASE) . It was run & gun but I still wanted it to be clean and sharp ofcourse.
